AdventAdvent magic at the Göss Falls
Illuminated Advent path to the first Gössfall with Christmas cot designed by Klaus Mölzer, wood artist from Gmünd. A unique, beautiful view with soft lighting of the impressive natural scenery with waterfall.
The lower course of the Gößbach forms a wildly romantic granite gorge with gushing waterfalls, crowned rock slabs and crystal-clear pools.
The short access path to the first Gößfall (approx. 150 metres) is also accessible and illuminated in winter. Immediately before the first fall, the water arena, with a platform reaching into the water, invites you to linger and marvel.

Katschberg Advent TrailAnother Advent experience in the region
High up in the mountains, in the midst of untouched nature, an Advent magic awaits you far away from kitsch and commerce – the Katschberg Advent Trail! Let yourself be whisked away to a Christmas like back then…
Hike through a snow-covered winter landscape from one hay barn to the next. Along the way, alphorns and brass bands set the mood for Christmas. Listen to the most beautiful Advent songs in the singing hut and let yourself be enchanted by contemplative stories in the hut of stories. Look into the many shining eyes of children as they make teddy bears with angels. Let yourself be carried away into a magical pre-Christmas season.
The countless lanterns along the path contribute their share and create a feeling of pleasant warmth with the delicate light in the snow. The numerous tea stations along the way provide inner warmth.
